Booking : By mail.
Terms of Payment : For bookings are requested to pay a deposit: Reservation of less than 4 nights the deposit is the price of one night. Reservation of 4 nights or more: 25% of total nights. Payment of the deposit can be made either by credit card VISA or by international transfer. In every case the booking is considered firm as from the date of receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation : In case of cancellation at least 30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
Between 30 and 15 days before date of arrival, 50% of the deposit exceeds the cost of one night will be refunded.
No refunds for cancellations less than 15 days.
