The splendid road which goes
from Fez to Ifrane, crosses
Immouzer. This small borough
deserves a stop to sip a mint
tea, to wander in the souk
during the market day. The
valley opens up on a superb
panorama. As far as
architecture is concerned,
Immouzer is a modest “sample” of
Ifrane.

Marrakech, Casablanca and Oujda,
Ifrane is in the middle of an
area of lakes and the cedars
forests. This city is well-known
for its wooden craft industry
and for Berber carpets.

A few minutes from Azrou, this
village sits comfortable in the
middle of cherry trees and green
woods and is particularly notorious
for its festival of Berber arts. You
can do beautiful hikes around the
lakes in the surrounding area.
