Reservations : On line on our secure booking system or by email by filling out our reservation form.

Payment policy:

For any reservation by email a deposit is requested. Reservation of less than 4 nights the deposit corresponds to the price of 1 night. Reservation of 4 nights and more : 25% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit can be paid by international bank transfer.

If you transmit your credit card details as a guarantee, no debit will be made before your arrival.

If you make your reservation directly on the site through our secure system no deposit will be required.

In all cases, the reservation is considered firm from the date of receipt of the deposit or the transmission of the credit card details.

For a privatization of Riad Souafine and its 6 suites, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay can be requested.

Cancellation :

• In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit above the price of one night is refunded.
• No refund for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival.
• In case of no-show the total amount of the reservation is due.

Check-in : suites are available from 3pm, late arrivals after 9pm must be reported.

Check-out : the suites are vacated in the morning before 12:00. Any departure before 8am must be reported.

Dinner : meals are always prepared with fresh products, so the dinner of your arrival must be ordered at the time of booking or latest the day before your arrival. No service beyond 9pm to preserve the tranquillity of the place. Breakfast is served from 8:30 am onwards. In case of very early departure a basket with fruit, dairy and pastries will be provided.

Loyalty : by booking directly on Riad Souafine's official website, you benefit from the loyalty programme which gives you access
to exclusive offers.
For any new stay you benefit from a specific discount (excluding offers or promotions) or an up-grade if possible.

Riad Souafine is an official Guest House classified by the Ministry of Tourism.

The staff is registered with the CNSS, it is declared and benefits from all social security cover.

Riad Souafine has taken out all compulsory insurance.

Riad Souafine has implemented a series of actions aimed at preserving the country's resources.
