The beautiful road that leads from Fez to Ifrane, crosses Immouzer. This small village deserves a stop for a mint tea, and to stroll in the souk on the market day. On the hillside, the panoramic view over the eastern valley is beautiful. At the architectural level Immouzer is an even more modest foretaste of Ifrane. Coming from Fez, at the entrance of Immouzer is a small restaurant where nothing has changed since the 50s, neither decoration nor the 100% French menu (baby boar and other "lapin chasseur"). The Moroccan family who took over this restaurant several decades ago perpetuates the culinary tradition of the time.
